Prometheus

Over the last few months, the publicity surrounding Ridley Scott’s much-anticipated ‘Prometheus’ has been cagey and coy, seeking to tantalise us with the promise of answers to long-asked questions about the origins of the alien species. The PR machine has been very, very careful not to give much away about the plot.

Having seen the film last night, I now understand why they were reluctant to reveal too much in advance of the film’s release. It would have been foolish to have tipped the audience off about the holes in the story. Sorry … make that the whole story. I wouldn’t want to spoil it for anyone.
